Shipping policy
Free shipping and local printing to USA, UK, EU, Canada and Australia
Ships worldwide. Printed in a fine art printing facility and shipped locally from USA, UK, EU, Canada* and Australia*.
*Canada: wood and gold framed canvases will print and ship from USA.
*Australia: All unframed prints print locally. For unframed canvas, sizes 24x24", 48x48", 16x24" and 24x36" ONLY print locally. All other sizes will print in either USA or UK.
All other countries: Your artwork will print in either USA, Canada, UK, EU, or Australia, depending on availability and which country is closest to you. Customers fees and local taxes will be charged by the courier, which are due upon delivery.
Customs and Taxes
Customs costs will be due upon delivery.
Production Time
Production time is 48-120 hours from time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Your artwork will arrive in 3-5 business days once shipping, unless it is crossing an international border, in which case there may be delays due to customs.
Packaging
Artwork will be securely wrapped and boxed (if containing frames or canvases) or rolled in a cardboard tube (if containing unframed prints). Multiple pieces of artwork of differing size/frame color may arrive on different shipments.
Quality Guarantee
I stand behind the quality of every art piece ordered.
If your product arrives damaged, I will send a replacement free of charge. Please take a photo of the issue and send it to littledoveartwork@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
Because each piece is made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless there is damage, a defect, or an issue with delivery.
