Shipping policy
FREE shipping to Canada + USA!
Much of my artwork prints + ships local to you, with some exceptions. Please see your country below:
USA: All products print locally. You will not be billed for customs or additional taxes.
Canada: All unframed prints and unframed canvases print locally, as well as framed canvases with black frames. Framed prints, framed canvases with natural or gold frames, and framed and unframed gold foil prints will print in either USA or UK and be subject to customs fees. You will not be charged additional taxes by the courier after your purchase.
UK: All products print locally. You will not be billed for customs. Local taxes will be charged by the courier, which are due upon delivery.
EU: All products print locally (in the Netherlands) with the exception of framed and unframed gold foil prints, which print in the UK. Customs and local taxes will be charged by the courier, which are due upon delivery.
Australia: All unframed prints print locally. For unframed canvas, sizes 24x24", 48x48", 16x24" and 24x36" ONLY print locally. For framed prints, all sizes EXCEPT 20x30" print locally. All other sizes, and framed and unframed gold foil prints, will print in either USA or UK and be subject to customs fees. Customs fees and local taxes will be charged by the courier, which are due upon delivery.
All Other Countries: Your artwork will print in either USA, Canada, UK, EU, or Australia, depending on availability and which country is closest to you. Customers fees and local taxes will be charged by the courier, which are due upon delivery.
A note to my Canadian and Australian customers: Apologies that this is not so straight forward as for other countries! I have searched (and am still searching) for the perfect fine art printers that will print locally for as many of my customers as possible, to minimize customs fees, shipping time, and environmental impact.
Customs and Taxes
Customers outside of Canada and the USA will be charged local taxes by the courier, which are due upon delivery.
Customs costs will be due upon delivery.
Availability of artwork is subject to change. If your item will unexpectedly cross an international border, you will be notified in advance of print and given the option to cancel (I have not had to do this yet, but it's always a possibility).
Production Time
Production time is 48-120 hours from time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Your artwork will arrive in 2-7 business days once shipped.
Packaging
Artwork will be securely wrapped and boxed (if containing frames or canvases) or rolled in a cardboard tube (if containing unframed prints). Multiple pieces of artwork of differing size/frame color may arrive on different shipments.
Damaged Artwork/Lost in the Mail
If artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately for a replacement free of charge. Please include a photo of the damage.
If your artwork is taking longer than normal to arrive (more than 7 days since it shipped), please contact me.
