Refund policy

I have a 30-day return policy for all physical items. If you receive your product and change your mind, you can pay for return shipping to East St. Paul (Canada) and either receive a credit towards another product or a complete refund. Please email me at littledoveartwork@gmail.com to initiate a return. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. I recommend packaging the item exactly as it was on arrival to minimize the likelihood of any damage in transit.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, I will send a replacement free of charge. Please take a photo of the damage and send it to me by at littledoveartwork@gmail.com

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
